Caspian Property were established in 2010 after a coming together of two establish property companies in Norwich, Solo Property Care and Benton-Phillips. The aim was to provide general maintenance and home improvement services to the Norwich area at a reasonable price. Working in conjunction with householders, businesses and letting agents we now provide a large range of services throughout Norfolk.
Utilising our own staff and a network of tradesmen Caspian can complete any job, large or small, in Norwich or Norfolk without compromising on original values and pricing strategy. From bleeding a radiator to renovating an entire house we aim to provide a service that is second to none. Being a small business who rely upon recommendations we ensure that any tradesmen who we call upon offers the same standard of service and workmanship as we do. Every tradesmen we use will be fully insured to a minimum standard of £2,000,000.
Our company policy is to resolve as many problems as possible on the first visit ensuring good value for money for each and every one of our clients. For larger projects we provide fixed price quotations which are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. We do not employ sales people so all survey visits to discuss your needs are carried out by one of the Directors who are tradesmen not salesmen, it really will be a survey and not a sales visit. High pressure sales tecniques will not be found at Caspian, we never expect or ask for a decision immediately and are happy for you to take the full 90 days to consider our quote before making a decision.
